Cost and booking

  • Initial visit is $85 plus travel (no travel charge within Sparwood, Fernie, Elkford) plus tax.
Its best to contact me if you are unsure about the help your horse needs.

  • Cash or E-transfer

  • Message or email me with some information on your horse to see if I am a suitable candidate to help. From there, we will move onto scheduling a day together.

  • Any blood work, x rays, ultrasounds or other images can be helpful. Also updating me on current medications and pain killers is necessary.

  • If its an emergency call your vet.

  • Clients are just required to book one appointment, but should expect to book more as most horses will improve more after multiple visits.

  • Owners should meet me outside. If its below -5 or the weather is bad, please let me know if you don’t have an indoor space and we can reschedule.

  • Its great if horses can be warmed up before their appointment in the winter so we can proceed efficiently with relaxing their muscles.
This can be done by throwing a blanket on them 20 mins before or taking them for a brief walk/trot to move their body and focus their mind.

  • A $20 late fee will be added to their bill if your horse is not caught and ready within 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment.
